Light colours have a key role to play in terms of light management and they can be sub-divided into three groups:
- Warm white light (2200-3000 Kelvin): Pleasant atmosphere
- Neutral white light (4000 Kelvin): Neutral atmosphere.
- Daylight-white light (5000-6500 Kelvin): biologically effective lighting.
Intelligent light management presupposes that the luminaires can be addressed individually or in preconfigured groups, and that the lighting system can operate in several different switching and dimming states. Once these prerequisites are in place, dynamic lighting is created that greatly enhances the comfort level for users.
