With its new community centre, Ried-Brig, a town in the Swiss Canton of Valais has created a place that units modern administration, education and community life under a single roof – a centrepiece for the community with many impressive functional and design credentials.
One of those highlights is the multidirectional LIVA open-cell ceiling that creates an inviting atmosphere in the main community hall. A QUADRA single-blade open-cell ceiling with integrated PUNTEO Q50 LED downlights was installed in the municipal administration offices; an aesthetically appealing and subtly understated combination of ceiling and lighting design.
The outcome is a community centre that creates a modern and innovative focal point for the local population of Ried-Brig.
